저희 대한민국수호 천주교인모임의 회원들은 지금 비장한 마음가짐으로 이 자리에 섰습니다. 저희들은 여기에서 누구를 심판하거나 단죄하고자 하지 않습니다. 지난 2월 11일 세계병자의 날 담화문에서 프란치스코 교황님은 마음의 지혜는 형제자매를 심판하지 않고 그들과 연대를 이루는 것이라고 말씀하셨습니다. 그러므로 저희들이 발표하는 100인 사제 명단은 이 분들이 지금이라도 은혜로운 회개의 때인 사순시기에 천주교 사제로서의 본분을 잊고 저질러온 악행들을 뉘우치고 하느님의 품으로 돌아와 성직자, 수도자, 평신도 모두가 진정한 연대를 이루기를 기도하는 뜻에서 오늘 이 자리에 선 것입니다.

올해는 1975년 월남이 패망한 지 40년이 되는 해입니다. 당시 월맹군이 중부 고원에 집결하여 총공격을 가하고자 할 때 구엔 반 티유 월남 대통령은 국민을 향해 분열과 투쟁을 중지하고 일치단결하여 월맹의 공격을 퇴치하자고 피끓는 호소를 하였습니다. 그러나 당시 월남판 ⌜정의구현사제단⌟을 이끌었던 짠후탄 신부는 “지금 중부 월남의 고원에는 월맹군은 그림자도 없다. 그곳에는 티우 대통령의 독재에 항거하는 민중의 봉기가 있을 뿐이다“고 선전하면서 국민을 기만하였습니다. 이로써 그는 월남 국민의 응전태세를 무너뜨리고 여론을 중시하는 미국이 북폭을 재개하여 월남을 구할 수 있는 재개입 명분을 없애버렸습니다. 1975년 4월 30일 베트남의 수도인 사이공은 월맹군에 의하여 허망하게 함락되어 한 때 세계 4위의 군사력을 자랑하던 월남은 허무하게 이 지구상에서 사라졌습니다.

1974년 반국가 종교단체인 정의구현사제단이 결성되었고 한해 후 1975년에 이른바 민중신학이라는 이름으로 해방신학이 퍼지면서 이 나라에는 월남처럼 민중에 의한 사회변혁을 추구하는 정치사제들의 분탕질이 노골화되었습니다. 이후 ⌜천주교 정의구현전국사제단⌟이란 이름 하에서 이들이 선거에 개입하고 사회갈등을 일으킨 예는, 시민들이나 교우들이 인지하듯이, 일일이 예를 들 수 없을 정도입니다. 국가 안보에 없어서는 안되는 제주도의 해군기지를 비롯하여 모든 국가사업에 이들 사제단이 개입하여 헤아리기 어려운 사회갈등과 천문학적인 예산의 낭비를 초래하였습니다. 이들은 정치, 경제, 사회 각 분야에 사사건건 개입하면서 한편으로는 평신도들의 서명을 요구하여 신자들을 자신들의 반정부 활동의 홍위병으로 끌어드리며 거룩한 성전을 적개심과 분란의 아수라장으로 만들었습니다. 이들 정의구현사제단의 신부들과 일부 주교들은 주일 미사의 강론대에서 또는 시국미사에서 하느님의 말씀을 전하는 대신 사탄이나 행할법한 저주와 막말을 신자와 시민들에게 뱉어내고 있습니다.

이들은 자신들이 ‘가진 사람들’에 대하여 가진 시기심과 적개심을 정의로 포장하면서 현재의 사회를 독재와 불의가 판치는 사회라고 이미지를 조작하고, 약자와 빈자의 적개심을 선동하면서 사회를 뒤집어엎기 위해 미쳐 날뛰는 나라의 암적인 존재입니다.

2003년 정의구현사제단의 신부들은 KAL 폭파범 김현희는 군부독재정권의 연장을 위하여 당시의 군사정권의 정보기관이 파견한 하수인이었다고 주장하면서 기자회견을 하고 이에 162명의 사제가 서명하였습니다. 진실은 무엇일까요? KAL기 폭파는 군부정권의 연장을 위하여 정보기관의 하수인이 행한 테러가 아니라 사제들의 기자회견이 바로 친북정권의 연장을 위하여 정의구현사제단이 행한 거짓과 속임수였다는 사실입니다. 그러면서 이들 사제단은 뒤에서 김현희에게 자신이 가짜라는 사실을 TV에서 자신들과 면담하면서 자백하라고 회유하는 천인공노할 짓을 저질렀습니다. 그후 이들은 노무현정부에서 선임한 과거사위원회가 김현희는 북한의 공작원이 맞다고 인정한 후에도 무기한 단식을 하면서까지 북한의 김정일이 억울한 테러범의 누명을 쓰고 있다고 주장하는 후안무치한 종북행각을 벌였습니다. 후일 김현희는 이들이 진정 하느님을 믿는 천주교의 신부들이 맞나요? 라고 기자에게 물었습니다.

이들은 입으로는 사회적으로 소외되고 가난한 자를 위한다고 말하지만 속마음에는 어려운 계층의 사람들이 가진 어려움과 불만을 가진 자에 대한 적개심으로 전환시켜 사회를 뒤집어엎겠다는 폭력적 의도를 가지고 있습니다. 정의구현사제단의 박기호 다미아노 신부는 신자들이 미사참례하면서 보는 매일미사 ⌜오늘의 묵상⌟에서 ‘땅에 주인이 있다는 사실은 이상한 일이다. 대체 누가 그런 생각을 하였고 땅문서를 만들었을까? 국가라는 합법적 폭력이었을 것이다.’라고 기술하면서 자유시장경제의 체제인 사유재산제도를 부정하였고 그의 무정부주의와 폭력적인 사회전복의 의도를 은연중에 드러내었습니다.

정의구현사제단은 대통령 선거에 번번이 개입하여 친북정권의 수립에 혈안이 되어왔습니다. 1987년 대선에는 김대중 후보를 민주세력의 단일후보로 추천한다고 발표하면서 사제들의 정치개입을 노골화하였고 그 뒤에도 대선 때마다 개입하여 친북세력의 집권을 위하여 광분하였습니다. 그리고는 2012년 국정원 직원의 댓글 100여편을 빌미삼아 ‘총체적인 관권부정선거’ 운운하면서 전국을 돌면서 대통령 하야를 외치는 후안무치한 악행을 저질렀습니다.

지금의 한국 교회는 정의구현사제단의 신부들이 성당의 강론대에서 교우들을 인질로 잡고  거짓과 속임수 강론으로 신자들을 실망과 환멸에 빠트리고 있으며, 가톨릭 언론에서, 심지어는 사제를 양성하는 신학대학의 교육현장에서까지 저급한 반정부논리를 교우들과 새로운 사제에게까지 주입하고 있어 천주교회를 반역 좌익의 소굴화하고 있습니다. 이 모골이 송연하며 하늘이 아득한 지경에서 어찌 평신도들이 바라보고만 있을 수 있습니까? 어찌 하늘을 보고 땅을 보아 이 반역자들이 나라를 결단내게끔 내버려 둘 수 있단 말입니까?

이 100인 사제들 명단은 저희 평신도가 이들 반역적인 사제들의 행각을 익히 알고 경계하여 이들의 속임수와 선동에 넘어가지 않고 자유대한의 지킴이로서 애국의 마음가짐을 잊지 않기 위하여 만든 것입니다. 저희들의 목적은 이들 반국가 신부들이 회개하여 하느님 품으로 돌아와 평신도와 함께 거룩한 연대를 하여 진정한 하느님의 백성으로 다시 태어나는 데 있습니다. 그러나 이들의 지나온 행적에서 양심을 버린 낯 두꺼운 행각은 이미 신자들의 인내를 넘어섰고 그들의 자발적인 회개는 난망함을 여실히 보여주고 있습니다.

자유월남이 패망하고 어언 40년, 월남 패망 당시 한 보트 난민은 고립된 무인도에서 아들의 시체를 뜯어먹으면서 목숨을 연명하다가 죽음을 앞두고 하느님께 부르짖었습니다. 그의 유언은 하얀 셔츠에 피로써 새겨진 ‘남해혈서’로 전해지고 있습니다.

“황량한 바다.

이제 두렵지 않은 죽음이 다가온다.

그러나 아! 하느님!

마지막 내 살점을 파내는 피의 절규를 들어주소서.

하늘아래 이렇게 죽어갈 수 있는지.....

하느님! 말하여 주소서!“

저희 540만 성교회의 신자들도 하느님께 부르짖고 있습니다.

“아아!!! 순교 선조들의 거룩한 피로써 세워졌던 540만 교우의 성교회가 마귀집단의 난동으로 400만 이상의 평신도들이 교회를 외면하고 의지할 곳을 잃었습니다.

아! 하느님! 저희 신자들의 피의 절규를 들어주소서!

어찌하여 마귀집단의 난동을 보고만 계십니까?

말하여 주소서!“

 We, members of the PCK, now stood here with firm determination. We do not intend to judge or punish anybody. On February 11th, His Holiness Pope Francis said on his message of the World Day of the sick as such; "wisdom of heart means showing solidarity with our brothers and sisters while not judging them." Therefore, the list of 100 priests which we announce now is intended that those political priests repent their ill-deeds which were done in the past as they forgot the duty as catholic priest and come back to God. This would, in turn, achieve genuine solidarity among ecclesiastics, ascetics and lay-faithfuls.
 
 This year marks 40th anniversary of Vietnam's fall to communist North Vietnam. When North Vietnamese troops gathered at middle part of Vietnam for an all-out attack on the South, President Nguyen Van Thieu appealed to the citizens with a blood-vomiting heart to stop division and struggle among the nation, and be united and drive back North Vietnamese aggression. Unfortunately then leader of Vietnamese version of CPAJ (Catholic Priests' Association for Justice), Rev. Tran Huu Thanh asserted, "There is not even shades of North Vietnamese troops. At the highland in the middle part of Vietnam, exists only uprising of people protesting against dictatorship of President Thieu." Rev. Tran deceived the people of Vietnam and destroyed the responding posture of war against North Vietnam. As a result, the USA had lost an opportunity of re-intervention to begin bombing on the North to save South Vietnam. On April 30th, the capital city of South, Saigon, fell to troops of North Vietnam and South Vietnam, once boasted 4th military power in the world, ended up vanishing from the map of the globe.
 
 In 1974, anti-government religious group CPAJ was initiated and in the following year of 1975, People Theology which was originated from Liberation Theology spread in the Korean Catholic church of Korea, thus causing squandering activities by political priests to be rampant. Since then, under the name of the CPAJ, there have been countless cases of intervention in elections and social conflicts by priests, as citizens and lay-faithfuls of church are aware. . They obstructed almost every case of government projects including the construction of Jeju Naval base which is indispensable for the security of the nation, and this resulted in huge waste of government budget and high degree of social conflicts. The CPAJ priests intervened in various sectors of society, economy and politics while calling for signatures of lay-faithfuls at churches. This aims at inducing lay-persons into their anti-government activities as Red Guards and changing holy cathedral into a pandemonium which is tainted by enmity and struggle. These CPAJ priests, on the pulpit, delivered homilies full of curses and lowly remarks instead of transferring words of God to participants in Sunday masses or relayed political masses.
 
 They camouflaged their jealousy and animosity against the rich as justice and manipulated the image of present Korean society as one full of dictatorship and injustice. They are bad apples who are eager to subvert the nation by instigating hostility among the poor and the disadvantaged.
 
 In 2003, CPAJ priests had a press conference claiming that Ms. Kim Hyun-hee was a puppet dispatched by then information agency of Korea to extend the authoritarian military regime, as 162 priests signed on the announcement. What is the truth? It was not an incident of terror by an agent dispatched by the information agency to extend the life of military regime but the press conference of the priests itself is a plot full of deceit and trickery, which is targeted for the extension of pro-North Korea regime. On the other hand, the priests secretly seduced Ms. Kim Hyun-hee to confess that she was not an agent by North as she talks with priests on a TV programme. The priests persistently asserted that Kim Jung-il of North Korea suffered a false charge of terror criminal even after the Past History Research Committee of Roh Moo-hyun administration came to the conclusion that Ms. Kim is a real agent from North Korea. This really shows a brazen and disgraceful pro-N.K. activity. Long after this, Ms. Kim Hyun-hee asked a journalist whether they are real Catholic priests who believe in God.
 
 They speak by lips they are working for the socially disadvantaged and poor. But, in reality, they intend to transfer difficulties and complaints that the poor may possess into hatred against the haves and subvert this society by violence. Rev. Park Ki-ho, Damian is now writing 'Today's meditation' column of 'Everyday Mass' and he wrote in a day's column like this; 'It is queer that land has its owner. Who, on the earth, came up to the idea and made land registry certificate? Maybe it is a nation with legitimate violence.' He, as this article indicates, expressed implicitly his intention denying private ownership system of free market economy, his anarchistic tendency and subversion of the society by violence.
 The CPAJ priests have enthusiastically pursued the establishment of Pro-NK regime and intervened in every presidential election since 1987 election when they recommended Mr. Kim Dae-jung as the only Presidential candidate of democratic group. Despite all these illegal practices, they held brazenly relayed masses throughout the nation as they call for the resignation of President Park Geun-hye on the pretext of some 100 ripples (comments) on the internet by several information agency employees. The priests asserted these ripples are the evidence of 'totally fraudulent election by the public power'.
 
 Reviewing the situation of present Korean Church, CPAJ priests seem to regard the pulpit as a weapon to hold religious brothers and sisters as their hostages. Their addresses full of deceit and lies make lay persons fall in the swamp of disappointment and frustration. In Catholic journalism and seminaries, lowly anti-government rhetorics drive lay-people and newly ordained priests into rebellious and leftist faction in Catholic church. How could we, lay-faithfuls, endure this tragic situation which makes us feel our hair stand on end? How possibly can we let them do the things as CPAJ priests want, if we look up to the heaven and look down on the earth with our eyes?
 
 We made this list of 100 treacherous priests because we want never to forget our mental posture to be aware and stand firm against rebellious priests' activities. Our objective for the list preparation is aimed at repentance of the anti-government priests and their return to God, thus to be born again as people of God in the solidarity with lay-faithfuls. However, if we reflect on the past deeds of the priests, their brazen acts not-knowing disgrace exceeded the limit of tolerance by believers of the church, and this shows the difficulty of their voluntary penitence.
 
 Forty years have already passed since the fall of South Vietnam. A boat people who managed to extend his life as he ate flesh of his son's dead body, shouted to God as he finally faces death. His last prayer to God remained on a white shirt as he wrote the following words with his blood.
 
 "An isolated sea,
 now, I face the death I am not afraid of.
 But, alas! my God!
 Please listen to my last scream of blood which dig my flesh up.
 How can I die like this under the canopy of the heaven,
 God! please tell me!"
 
 We, 5.4 million believers of the holy church, shout to God also as follows:
 
 Alas!!! Holy church of 5.4 million brothers and sisters which was built upon sacred bloods of our martyr ancestors is now under demolition by rampages by a group of satans. More than 4 million lay-faithfuls were separated from the church and found helpless.
 Alas! God! Please listen to us, believers' shouts of blood.
